WARRANTY AS USELESS AS THE CUSTOMER CARE WHO DONT!

I purchased my vehicle on the 12th of september 2012, with it, i regret, took a warranty for mechanical failure.i then shortly after had a problem and needed to use the warranty, only to find out that i, the owner of the vehicle and warranty, does not exist at all on the database.ive spent thousands on calls to the innovation group trying to sort it out, each time i am asked to fax off my document, which i do immediately, and absolutely nothing gets done, i =ve had to repair my vehicle, part of it, using my own cash because i have a warranty thats cost alot, but has no meaning because no one at the innovation group can load my policy 5 months later, no joy at all! i refuse to fax any documents purely because ive done this over ten times and nothing gets done about it, promises are made to call me yet i have to call them to find out when i will actually be able to use this warranty. innovation group has really given me the worst service, or actually no service at all, just really costing me alot. what is the point of a warranty? innovation group really needs to learn the definition!
