Very Disappointing Customer Service/Feedback

On 17 December 2013, Innovation Group's client (who is my neighbour) reversed into my motor vehicle hence causing damages. My vehicle was purchased in June 2013. The client (Mrs S as we would call her) of Innovation Group was very forthcoming and she agreed to pay for the damages to my vehicle after the crash.
I was told by Mrs S that a representative from Innovation Group will be contacting me with regards to obtaining all my details so that I can be paid out by her insurance company, Innovation Group.
To date, I have received no call - I have being calling on numerous occasion and I have emailed the Innovation Group 4 times all documents as requested by their legal department. I call to confirm receipt of the documents and I am told that they did not receive it. I find that rather strange; 4 times of emailing and 1 time of faxing. Innovation group South Africa is delaying the process? Why?
I have been doing all the calling, running around for quotes etc (which i do not mind) as I would like to repair my vehicle please!!!
Is there someone out there who can kindly assist please? Do i get my lawyer to address this issue or do i route this to the Insurance Ombudsman of SA?
