Standard Bank - Innovation Group fake policy sold

Standard Bank - Innovation Group offered me a extended service warranty for my vehicle to start after VW manufacturers service of 60 000 kms. I bought the policy in May 2011 and the service policy is valid for 5 years from 60000 kms to 120 000 kms including cost of all parts and labours costs for servicing. I booked to take car in for servicing at Alpine VW-Pinetown, my service guy called Innovation Group for service authorsation. Innovation them said that my policy expired at Jan 2013, but I stated that i took the policy only in May 2011 and it should be valid for 5 years and from 60 000 kms to 120 000 kms coverage. They stated that my poilcy started on the 1/1/2007, i did not even own the car at this time, how could it be so, they & sold me a policy in May 2011 which ended 6 months later, and i started payments from May 2011, which will be debited till May 2013. So this means that Innovation Group a part of Standard bank sold a false policy, as i only took the policy to cover after the manufacturers warranty completed after 60000 kms. I feel that this is wrong & page 2 of policy says that the policy is effective from 1st debit, which was May 2011.Frustating and annoying, help
