Even more pathetic service from MANAGEMENT?!

I posted a complaint about a week ago and was told that managers had listened to the call. Manager calls back and insists I was quoted on something else. Already incorrect info provided. Then, to avoid further escalation to higher management, they "closed" the case as I received a mail for rating the manager - different manager than that who I spoke to. Expected a call from Natalie yesterday, and still no response! And, to top things off, my account has been debited yet again for something that I have been advised I don't have cover for??? I have documents indicating otherwise but Outsurance claiming something else. Please get your stories straight and I expect feedback today. I also want to pick up a copy of the calls so I can take this issue up further with the Ombudsman and consumer protection as Outsurance has shown they really don't care.
