Good day, I would like to request a meeting with the Senior Manager of the customer service department and the Senior claims manager of OUTSURANCE. I am aware that you have floor managers as well because i came into outsurance to discuss complaints about my policy who also assured me that the service that i received is indeed bad and they will give me feedback but to date even the MANAGERS did not get back to me.

Please note that I also value my time as that of any member of your company. I don't think that if you staff is going to take a full day off you are going to still pay them for it. So please assist me with a meeting with a Senior Manager or someone in a higher position who can assist me.
