I've been a policyholder of outsurance for 3 years and never received any documentation and proper explanation of what was being covered even with empty promises of the documents to be e-mailed and posted. And today by the grace of I spoke with Joe who solved my 3year old problem. He was understanding and most importantly patient with me. He provided the documents via e-mail followed by explanation of my cover. He would not drop the phone till I rightfully received the necessary documents. Thank you Joe for everything. I hope that Outsurance realises what a Gem they have in you. Have a Blessed Festive season and a Prosperous New Year.
