Still no response!!!

I have really had it with Miway. I was contacted last week to confirm that my claim was approved and that a panelbeater in Tongaat, Durban was assigned to me. Previously I was asked for what area is convenient for me, and I chose immediately, no hassle. This time, I was assigned one which is not convenient for me at all. So I told the consultant that I would like to change to the panel beater which Miway had assigned to the previous claim of mine. I have been waiting now for 4 days to get feedback on that. I called the call centre, and am currently on HOLD for over 15minutes waiting for someone to answer, while the guy keeps assuring me that my call is important. Doesnt feel that way! Why does it take so long to approve a panel beater which Miway has previously assigned to me!!! This is really unacceptable. I am not asking for much here.
