I took my car for a small bump repair at a panel beater (East Rand Motors) as instructed by MiWay after a claim was approved. I had to go pay access in order for them to order parts. I received an sms saying the car needs to be booked by the 06/11/2013 after it was confirmed that the parts were ordered and received. I delivered the car by the panel beater on the said date. To date I am yet to receive my car... I had to make constant follow ups with the panel beater as MiWay call centre told me that there is nothing they can do about it, I must just wait. A manager by the name of Charles (Panel Beater) always tells me conflicting stories - last week on the 02/12/2013 he told me he will try to get the car ready by 06/12 - today after I called I am told its by painting which I might get on the 13/12/2013. Am very inconvenienced cause I don't have an alternative transport - the car I rented I had to take it back on the day I expected to get my car back. I feel this in injustice and I pay a lot of premiums to get this service from MiWay - they need to account for their panel beaters. This is my first claim with them after 2 years of paying premiums - after this am moving my bus.
