I have registered my claim with King Price during mid February. Ever since then I have had nothing but a bad experience. Firstly, I selected the car hire option and they had never asked whether I wanted a manual or automatic rental car. When, I checked up with them, they had assisgned me a Manual, which they did not want to change, After some hassle I managed to change this. Since then, I have been assigned panelbeaters which are too far away from work or home and dates for repair which were far in the future. After some further hassle, I eventually got them to find a panel beater closer to me. But, the claims consultant has not followed up, has an unacceptable attitude and should not be working in the customer service industry. The panel beater which they have assigned me has been more than helpful and claim they are still awaiting authorisation. This is almost 4 months since the claim has been registerd. Pathetic and appalling service. The premiums decrease, but so does the the service!!!
