Claim not paid back after dealing with 3 people

Ive had an accident end of January 2013. I get approval by Miway to send my car it. Not being told that they will only cover a portion only. after my car is in at the panel beater they let me know they will cover partial only. after this my car gets repaired and i now need to pay my panel beater. i contact miway to pay me so i can pay the panel beater as their policy works. I speak to one agent she says payment will be made. this is my first day dealing with this issue. two weeks later theres still no payment. i contact her again no reply for next few days. Next week i contact miway again to find out she has resigned! Does no one in miway take over the customers??? thereafter the gentlemen helps me out and ensures all will be sorted out. I resend the detials he required etc. one week later still nothing. today i tired getting hold of the gentle man and again no help. his not there either. so i get helped by 3rd person. Which i hope will finalise in a payment coming through to myself for a claim i have to pay for otherwise.
