INCOMPETENT!!!

When calling, you hold on for ever, it is unheard of. Finally when someone answers, not only are they rude and completely unhelpful, like they're doing me a favour by answering the call, you quote your ID number, and they tell you there is no existing policy for you!!! Funny that, that I pay you every month, and that I have a current claim with you, and that you told me to drop my car at the panel beater today, funny that! Now to try and get you to arrange the hire car to meet me at the panelbeater, well that's an impossibility, because according to your records I'm not insured by Miway, what a joke! My car is booked in to the panelbeater today, but NOBODY at Miway returns my calls that I have left at your message centre, to arrange a car, and I do not have the time or the patience to sit and hold on for Miway at my expense on my cell phone. What an unprofessional bunch, so very disappointing! So the panel beater has not received my car, you are not only messing me around, but them as well. Let me know when you want to get serious about my business??? AND this is not the first time we've had problems, the previous incident was just as much a joke!!!
