Legal complaint against DMC

Last week two men claiming they are from DMC arrived at my work place and advised i need to make a payment for a Virgin Mobile debt from years ago. They forced me to sign papers which they would not let me read first or get a legal opinion first and then phoned me later in which the man was rude and made threats to do a garnish and did not want to listen to what i had to say or the request i was asking. I have decided to take this up with a legal department and I was advised not to make payment because no contact has been made by Virgin or DMC for more than 3 years to recover the monies. i have advised my lawyers and want this to be sorted out.
