Giving me the run around

A few weeks ago I contacted Edgars with regards to my edgars personal loan. I know I havent made payment on it for sometime and wanted to find out if I could make a payment arrangment. The consultant at Edgars advised me that the account has been handed to FNB for collection and they gave me the following numbers to contact 0875750091 for collections and 0875750090 for the legal department.

I then contacted the collections department and was advised to contact the legal department. I contacted the legal department the following day and then was advised that my account was handed over to Anthony Richards attorneys. I was given the number 0214312600 to contact them. I then contacted the attorneys and was advised that the account is not with them it is with FNB.

CAN SOMEONE PLS TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!! All I wand to do is pay your account.
