I received a phone call from someone at the Virgin Mobile collections or accounts department earlier today.
I have had no communication on this account for over 5 years, which deems the debt to be prescribed. This is against the law and will not be tolerated. I have been advised not to tolerate such communications from Virgin Mobile and to submit my compleint in writing, which I hereby do.
