Break ups they happen right! So my girlfriend has a contract in my name and she defaults on a few payments that i then make, then after a few more i decide to close the contract, I request the settlement amount and make the payment to have the contract canceled. Nearly 2 years later i find out im black listed for an outstanding payment of R149 that was not included in the settlement amount for some reason. So I get hold of virgin who tell me because they could not get hold of me they handed me over to some attorneys, This is bull!! They have alternative contact numbers and my home address if they wanted to contact me. So anyway Virgin explain to me what went wrong, when i was given the settlement amount it was what was outstanding at the time, however later that month the girlfriend failed to pay the months installment which then bounced back after i made the settlement payment, 2 years later im blacklisted and they never contacted me once, so i pay the R149 and receive a letter saying the contact is now closed, however now there layers want payment of R311 for admin charges!!! This after i was told by Virgin they would retract me from the lawyers.
