MTN threatening letters but no help thereafter III

I've posted the same complaint 2 other times before this one. Both receive a copy paste response from MTN.

In order to pay my bills I need to receive an invoice. It helps me know how much to pay and it also balances my books.

They are very quick to send me threats of legal action, but fail to send invoices in the post. I have asked the MTN shop, the legal department, the accounts department. To this day, after many threatening letters from MTN to pay my account or else (claiming they have tried many times to contact me - Bull! Not once, all), I still do not receive invoices.

Quote: "Please be advised that this has been escalated to the Regional Management to take corrective measures in accordance with our Service level agreements, and you will be advised of the outcome."

I have since then not received any further correspondence, not even a threatening letter. I went in to the MTN shop and made enquiries, only to find that I have been handed over to the legal department. No notification from MTN, no request for money, no invoice, no statement, no SMS, no phone call, nothing. Just handed over to legal.

I urge anyone considering MTN, DONT! They have no respect for clients
