I did an online application for an increase in my overdraft 5 working days ago. Once complete the automated response was that a consultant would contact me 2 working days later to complete my application telephonically. Up to now, I am yet to receive that call. This has happened to me about 3 times before. I have no idea why I even stay loyal to this bank as customer service is obviously non existent to them.
