Rakesh is a compliments and complaints officer, he has dealt with my issue extremely well and understands that over and above financial reward delivering good service has a direct impact on the company and the individual. Although we're still in the middle of resolving my problem his response time and genuine concern has given me the confidence that things will be resolved accordingly. he's been transparent with me and maintained a very professional interaction and I believe he's been running around like a headless chicken pushing for results.
