I have applied for an increase in my overdraft of my Standard Bank account, via the internet. Whenever I do this Standard Bank NEVER EVER gets back to me, even though the automated response says a consultant will contact me in 2 days. Why do I even bank with Standard Bank? The only time I receive a response is when I complain about them on Hellopeter. Why do I need to complain just to get a response from the bank I have banked with all my life?
