I applied for a reduction on my bond, on the 4th July 2013. I received an automatic email stating that someone will contact me within 10 working days.

On the 10th working day i called and I was told that they have an "influx" of applications, but it will be escalated to a manager and someone will contact me in a few days.
Two weeks later i call again and again my application is escalated, with no call back.
A week after, i call again and my application is escalated! Still no response!
It is officially 50 working days later and still no feedback on my application!
You are asked to make arrangements with the bank, when you can't afford the current bond repayment amount, but when you make that effort, you get NO RESPONSE! But just miss a payment then they are very quick to call.
This is unacceptable!!!
