I'm still waiting for a consultant to call me after a month!

About a month ago I went on to their website and applied for a laptop contract. At the end of the application I got a message saying that a consultant would contact me within the next 48 hours to complete the application process. I had no phonecall, no email, no nothing. I applied again three days ago, same thing happened. Yesterday I sent them a query email to let them know what has happened and to ask them to please let me know what's going on with my application and to please atleast let me know if I have been declined. No response.
