Saturday, 30th November - end of the month and I had to go to the FNB to sort out my Loan Accounts; something I really didn't feel up to.
But, what a fantastic experience! After a few minuets wait, I was assisted by Veliswa (I do hope I have her name right). This woman is a powerful consultant - she knows her products backwards, she upsold me to additional FNB products, she is professional, friendly and kind.
