I applied for a private banking account at Standard Bank almost 4 weeks ago through the online application process. According to the call center I qualified for such account and that someone of the private banking center will contact me within 2-3 working days. After a week I phoned the call center to see how the application was going, but there was no record of my application. I again asked that someone of the private banking center to contact me regarding feedback on whether my application was accepted or not.
So far I had no response. For a bank that states in its advertising of moving you forward, the lack of any feedback is ridiculous.
