Outsurance replace non-broken items while I wait

I submitted a claim for hail damage end November. Amongst others I reported that my TV giving "No Signal" message. Outsurance appointed a supplier in PTA West to perform the assessment. The supplier fetched the TV duly. The next day the supplier phoned me to ask what is wrong as they can't find a problem. I told them about the message. They said they will investigate. The next day Outsurance informed me that the supplier reported the TV not economical to repair. A replacement TV was ordered. When I hooked up the TV I again received the message "No Signal". I demanded from Outsurance that another service provider the problem. The new provider did the assessment and found that the HDMI port of the home theatre system to which the TV was connected was damaged. Instead of replacing the amplifier, Outsurance replace the DVD player and I still have no system. The service provider confirmed yesterday that the amp be replaced, not the DVD. Today, Outsurance once again called for an assessment. Outsurance has paid for a replacement TV and DVD player which was not damaged and I still am waiting for the amp to be replace - and their staff is unskilled and unreliable.
