Too Long to Process a Claim

Good day,

I experienced a for the first time in my life on the 8th of February 2013. I done all the nesasary procedures when a person is robbed. I then called outsurance the next day and spoke to Jackson, after a lenghty conversation I was given a claim number and was advised that an assesor might call me. I had no feedback from anyone at outsurance. I sent an email on Monday morning to Jackson. I phoned outsurance on Tuesday and was advised that the assesors are busy and one will be appointed to me soon. I asked how long does a claim normally take they advised 1 to 2 weeks. After that I got a reply via email from Jackson on Tuesday at 11am. The assesor came to me on the Friday 15th February 2013. Again after a lenghty converstaion I told her what happened. I phoned outsurance on Saturday 23rd February andasked for feedback once again and was advised that I need to speek to the assesor who will be available on Monday only.

I would like to know why is my claim taking so long, I pay my premiums on time every time for the past 7 years. When I make a claim you then can not bend over backwards to make my situation a bit more pleasant just doing what I have been paying you fo
