In November we informed Outsurance that we might have a burst pipe in the bathroom as mould was starting to occur on the outside wall. The send a leak detection guy to do some tests. He send a report to Outsurance that there was no leak in any of the pipes. Outsurance denied the claim we put in. Two weeks after we noticed that the floor surrounding the toilet was really wet. And every time we would flush the water came gushing through the tiles' grouting. Again we phoned Outsurance and a again they send the same guy to do the tests. He realised that he never tested the toilet!!! And so he diagnosed our problem was indeed the toilet. The drain pipe and the toilet's connection aren't properly matched! So the water comes through there. He send his report to Outsurance. Every week we had to phone them and find out whats going on. Not ONCE did they contact us. Now after three weeks we are told that they will not assist us. Why? No ons can give us a valid reason! Worst insurance ever! Will be canceling all contract with them. Do not bother considering them as your insurance provider!
