EXTREMELY POOR POOR SERVICE FROM ABSA

This is the second message as I still haven't received any feedback from ABSA. According to them the CASE IS CLOSED, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET... With it still raining most of the time the water pours in at our house, we don't stay in the house at this stage. The carpets is wet, and it stinks... the contractors doesn't get back to you or they delay to hand in your stuff for more then two weeks, they don't answer their phones, and if you get hold of them eventually they very snotty to tell you they don't work for ABSA as an contractor anymore. This is causing more damage to our house with all the water, furniture standing in water ect, who will pay for that damage and my accommodation for 3 weeks??? We have allot of accounts with ABSA business accounts, and this is the way they treat their customers. I think its pathetic. Never had to deal with something like this before, then you don't talk about cellphone accounts holding on for more then an hour just to get cut off... cause no one is available apparently... why do we pay all that money for this type of service that should be provided by ABSA. I think this must be taken very seriously.
