WORK STILL NOT FINALIZED AFTER 6 MONTHS

In Aug 2012 i had a water pipe that burst in my ceiling of my house - Damage in 3 bedr and Lounge was serious. It has taken since Aug last year up to now for Absa Insurance to finalize the repairs that still is not finished. None of the doors in the house can close, i have contacted them several times to discuss the fact that the house is still not finished by the contractors they have sent to do the job - when the contractors are contacted the inform me that a carpenter has to be sent to adjust the doors - and they are not liable for the carpenter and that ABSA has to sent some one to repair the doors - this is very frustrating - AND NEEDS TO BE SORTED ASAP.
