Adding things i have requested

It is with dismay that i have to resort this medium to express my dissapointment with Outsurance.
This is the third incident whereby items that i have requested quotations for items and to my horror started billing it to my account.
This is unacceptable. I requested a quote for a polo last week (QUOTE!!), i informed the lady that i dont have the car and i am still thinking about it..
This was added to my premium
