Ways to not sort out your claim???

I lost my phone on the 1st Dec 2013 at the china mall in town. I blocked the handset and followed all processes for my claim with budget. Throughout the process i had to call in several times for updates and status. All documentation was sent through 2 weeks ago. Last week i called in as i wanted to know whats going on. I spoke to Maggie who dealt with my claim since the start. I was appauled by the manner in which my claimed is being handled. Maggie tells me that i first need to wait till the 25th Dec for a debit to go off, then tells me my policy is fairly new so that is the reason. I didnt ask for my handset to be lost. Neither do i need this type of service. i received a call from a helpful lady from JHB and she changed my debit date to the 13th and the debit went off Fri... I want my claimed sorted out by COB tomorrow the 18 Dec. This is unacceptable for a phone, i can only imagine if this was a car claim. ridiculous if you ask me. I need someone to contact me today. I have referred so many collegues for this service and im regretting it now.
