No help at all

I have a revolving credit loan that has been handed over for collection and have spent 3 hours on the phone being transfered from one person to another non of whom can help me. all i want is to find out what the out standing amount is and aquire payment details so that i can settle the account i was eventualy transfered to some attornys office in cape town who told me that the account was no longer with them and that i should phone standard bank head office to find out where the account is. please can sombody assist me in getting somthing, anything out of standard bank so i can settle the account.
