BEING SHUT OUT OF BRANCH 30 seconds after closing

I have been trying to increase my monthly Electronic Transfer Limit. When doing it via the net it takes more than 24 hours to sort out whilst other banks do it straight away. A phone call direct to the branch is also not possible!
A call via the call centre does and never has resulted in any action.
So as my final desperate attempt I drive from the Centre of Jhb to the Branch to get it resolved, since NO OTHER BRANCH WILL DO IT, only to be shut out a mere 30seconds after closing time.
The security guard, who likes to believe he is the "owner" of the bank simply shut the door and looked away.
The staff inside merely looked on at me standing there gesticulating with my arms about wanting access with not a single care in the World.
AND THEY ASK>>>" How can we MOVE YOUR BANKING FORWARD"? mmmm when stuck in the dark ages???
OBVIOUSLY... Customer service or satisfaction was not meant to be part of the context of that question.
I will be looking for a different bank where Customers still mean something!!! 1
