Standard Bank staff are inefficient

On 11 October I went into Greenstone and increased my internet banking limit. This morning I get an sms stating that the limit has been decreased again. Not having time to got to the branch i called the call centre only to be told that the person who did the increase did it as a temporary increase. Despite having a money market account with them they refuse to increase my limit. Standard Bank clearly does not appreciate people who take care of their money - probably because I am not paying them interest!
