KFC
No water closed due to HYGIENE legislation

After travelling 12 km from home to the Margate store, to purchase the family dinner, the door was just shut in my face, other patrons and myself who gathered outside could not figure what was going on as the store was packed with clients, a security guard was standing inside at the door, after shouting for him to explain and open we finally got him to call a manager who then placed a notice" No Water Closed" and gave me the client care number should I have a problem to call, I called and was advised due to HYGIENE legislation they were unable to sell,

Conclusion: Why were clients then still being helped inside, if it was a hygiene problem, should they then not have shut shop? The other businesses such as Steers and Scooters also in the centre, also with no water were in operation they simply went out and purchased bottled water, and made a plan to keep there loyal customers happy.

Fact of the matter is l really enjoy KFC, my staff and myself support this franchise owner very well, but this kind of KFC staff attitude should not be tolerated, I will not purchase any KFC in the near future, and hope that others reading my blog out of principle will support my sentiments
