A week ago I received an email stating
'Ons verseker u dat ons dringende aandag aan die bogenoemde saak gee.'
ITS BEEN A WEEK! That shows me that it is obviously not urgent! I am tired of promises of people going to respond and help me. When are you going to fulfil these promises?
