I lodged a claim for a broken drain. I have not received any written reply or reference number. An engineer (who did not leave his card) come and inspected, and told me that he could not establish the cause or extent of the damage as it was underground. He was going to report to ABSA that they must open up to inspect properly. Since then nothing has happened. I sent a polite e-mail to Fourie on Nov 21st enquiring about the status of this claim. I have had no reply whatsoever from him.
Absolutely shocking service. If I do not get a reply by this afternoon, I will lodge another claim and hopefully waste their time. They are incompetent.
