Freshline Wrap Complaint Unattended

Good day

Early in May 2013 I complained about the packaging of the freshline wraps. I also enquired about the nutritional value of the wraps.

Someone called me and advised that they would get back to me. I also received an e-mail (see below), but nobody followed up.

My complaint was that the wraps are stacked withou flour. when I pull them apart they break and I cant use them as the filling then falls out. Out of 4 packets I had to throw away 8 wraps. Not value for my money!

I would like someone to at least respond.
