Sometime in October I received a call from Discovery Insure and they gave me a quotation, I decided to take up their offer then but cancelled the policy sometime in November. To my surprise 26 November they debited my account for an amount of R917.10. How can you give me a reference number for a confirmation that my policy is cancelled and then take my money thereafter. I contacted them on Tuesday to get my refund and they promised me that the money will be in my account within 48 hours and today is Thursday I am still told the money will be in my account within 48 hours, as if that is not enough the person who assisted me the first time did not request the full amount for my refund and the remaining amount was only requested this morning. This has inconvenienced me very badly, so much that I want to cancel my medical aid with discovery.
