Hi Jack and bank refuses to compensate

On thursday the 28 th November at about 15:00 i was Hi jacked (case number CAS527/11/2013 at the Hatebeespoort / Randburg of ramp and taken to a nearby feld were i was tieted down and everything was taken out my car, cell phones, i pot, sound ect. They then found my wallet and went through all my bank cards and they said that if they dont give them the pin to my cards and if they dont get money they will kill me. Fearing for my life i gave them the pin to capitec. After the incedent going back to my bank and they informing me that the money was drawn at a nearby garrage at 15:25 looking at the garrage footage and seeing the robber entering the bank and emptying my account. Capitec has informed me that i gave my card and pin to the robbers so they are not liable for the money approx R3000 that was drawn out. How is this possible
