I had accepted a quote from Discovery Insure (September). After receiving an e-mail with my details, I noticed that the car on the policy wasn't what i had specified and a few other details was wrong. After trying three times to correct this I cancelled the policy before the end of September, and they assured me that all was cancelled from their system. At the End of October a debit order was still taken from my account. I contacted them on 1 October, to which I was told that my money will be returned to me within 48 hours. I have spoken to them again a week later and they put me through to a phone that just rings. Upon phoning back the consultant said he would phone me back on Friday 11th at 6pm. This has still not happened and they have still not returned my money. You cannot speak to anyone in accounts as the consultants will not put you trough... How many times must a person phone to try and get something back that didn't belong to them in the first place as i was not insured with them at all and the insurance was only to commence on the 1 November!!!
