Discovery Insure
No Policy Yet Premium deducted

On or about 10 October 13 I contacted Riyaaz from Discovery Insure for a quotation. He assisted with all the queries i had. On 15 November 2013 I sent Riyaaz an email and explained to him that I will not take the policy as my ensurers cam to the party.

I was very surprised to find that Discovery deducted and amount of R975-81 (ref 4000383522) on 2 December 2013. I immediately phoned them and they undertook to instruct "someone" to repay me the premium.

I have made a follow-up call but to date no refund was made.

I have also sent an email to inform them that i will contact the ombudsman if i do not get any joy but have not received any communication form their side.
