Oker quoted for discovery insure. Premium was r300 more but base don the 50% fuel cash back i woudl have saved. I followed all the criteria yet only got on average 20% back then in november discovery 'lost' my details and no money has been reimbursed for fuel since. Discovery have neglected to rectify the problem therefore I cancelled my policy. They then replied to say they woudl not reimburse me what i was owed as I had cancelled! obviously if you loose my details and refuse to get back to me I am going to cancel. The matter is still outstanding, I am owned around r800 for November 2012 and January 2013 fuel rebate.
