I have been with miway for some time now and on Sunday i had an accident with my vehicle.
i specially took a day off work on Monday to report it and to get the claim logged and i have made numerous
phone calls and even logged it on their website where i received an error with a message stating someone will call me back. NOTHING!!!
after NUMEROUS phone calls and messages left with customer care i have still not received any feedback from them. I did however receive X1 Voicemail but couldnt hear a word the lady said and after phoning them again i still havent heard anything!!! Also i requested them to phone after 14H00 the afternoon as i work on the Mine and work Underground but they left the voicemail in the morning!!! It has been 2 days now and my claim has still not been logged with them and i need to get the ball rolling as i am leaving to Cape Town for Dec holiday but seems to me that they, my insurance company, MIWAY just dont give a dam!!! I find this very unprofessional and pathetic, specially when my monthly payments are made to date!!! But when they have a problem or query with you or on your policy they dont hesitate for one moment to contact you, the policy holder.
