Transunion got a report from Nedbank

Transunion got a report that my account 8000461147101 was not paid for 150 days. I sold my house through home sale assistance, the transaction was completed in August. My bond was not cancelled i was still debited in September but that was refunded. The Nedbank went again and list my account as overdue for 150 and this account was never overdue for passed 5 years.
Now i went o ask for credit and I could not be assisted because of this bed report.
I don't know why was that done and how will it be fixed as I need a credit urgently.
