No feedback re: claim

I was involved in an accident on the 14 May 2013.That evening I logged my claim with Miway, they had already authorized the towing of my vehicle to a panel beater. I was sent an SMS with my claim reference number and the details of the woman I had spoken to, she advised me she was handling my claim and would be in touch with me by the following Monday at the latest. I have left her 3 voicemails, sent her 3emails with no response. Her phone always goes onto voicemail, the panel eaters informed me that the assessor was there the Thursday after the accident which is now over a week and a half ago. I phoned Miway's call centre 4 times, the first time someone picked up after I was put through and put the phone on their desk, I could hear them talking in the background. The other attempt was met with another voicemail and upon my next 2 attempts, after holding for over 20minutes, I gave up! I sent an email to info@miway informing them of the situation and should I receive no feedback, I would then log this complaint on this forum. They had their chance so here it is! I am so frustrated!
