NO DEBT Taken in 2 months

On Sunday 9 June 2013 i went and checked my bank statements to find that Miway has not taken any payment out my bank account in the last 2 months i call on Monday just after 6 as i work night shift i call Miway to find out what is the problem.

Customer care tells me her manager has gone home at 5pm due thats the end of the day okay no problem
she says they will call me the next morning at 8:30 no call comes how ever i have a miss call on my phone but when trying to phone it, will not go trough

so i left it as i was planing on phoning them friday to cancell my insurance as for payments was not taken in the last 2 months it would have been a real pain in the to get a claim put trough if something did go wrong

however so far nobody has called me now i get a Sms from FNB stating that R314 has been taken out of my account at 00:35 13/6/13 Thursday like 67 DAYS after the payments have been stopped how is it that you did not pick this up on your side and that it took that i had to call you

i would like to cancel my Insurance with you also the funds to be reversed due to you guys taking payments just when ever you want this is not acceptable please contact me before 10 pm
