Empty promises - and no delivery

Had 2 policies with avbob - Mrs Mtembo came to me with a better policy so I agreed and signed the documents. To day I am paying for 3 policies and still awaiting payout of previous 2 policies. Documents were signed 13th November to release old policies. Its 26 Nov and no pay out was made. Why am I paying for 3 polcies. Im supposed to pay for 1 policy. Mrs Mtembo said that payout takes 5 days. Why lie? And why am I paying for 3 policies? I took out a policy for a family member and signed the documents. - they debit orders came from my bank account. when i wanted to sign the release forms for the policies they said I cannot sign for the family members policy. But I took out the policy and ive been paying the policy. i need answers. When I phone Mrs Mtembo she dropes the phone in my ear. and when I phone the offices in JHB mr Mzwakhle is never there.
