I have 3 policies with Hollard that i am responsible for payments therefore i phoned in to check what the waiting period on a funeral policy and I was told 12 mnths. Due to this i told the lady in the call centre i needed to cancel because i need a policy that has 6 months waiting period. she told me that she could only cancel the other 2 provided she speaks to the other 2 people covered. i am the person who is paying and i initiated the policies so why cant i cancel when i am not happy with it. this is plain and simple utter nonsense. the other 2 policies exist because they could not be cover the one policy as they are older than 21 yrs. i need these policies cancelled. i am so disappointed in the service and lack of information given by Hollard.
