I already know Lucid won't reply on this complaint so all I can hope for is to warn others from refraining to use the service they supply.

I was quoted R5700 from Lucid to help me clear my name of 3 items on my ITC Record. a month later I received an sms to say 2 have been removed. The third was left for us to run around and get everything for them and now 3 months later it has still not been removed and they can not give me a date when this will happen and even if it is going to happen. When I enquired about the law firm handling my case I was told they can not give me the information. I thought I was the client and I have the right to it.

After my previous complaint also about poor service I was asked to remove my complaint from Hello Peter and they will expedite the final item from my name. Unfortunately all complaints stay on for 12 months, so guess what I received? Both the so called items that were taken off my record was put back on my credit record but... for a nominal fee they (Lucid) can removed it "permanently"

And that is why I feel people must be warned against companies defrauding people and not giving the so called services they promised
