Stickers are a NO NO

I was in an accident on 29 August 2013, when I called my insurance. A tow company arrived on the scene to take my car to the Outsurance Yard/Depot where it would be assessed by a panel beater.

My car eventually came back, due to me sorting out the repairs on a 3rd party claim against the other person.

I won the case.

The problem I now face is that 2 huge stickers were slapped onto my windscreen (driver's side) & the side window (driver's side), along with some white marker writing on the windscreen. These stickers had all the details pertaining to my car & the accident date.

I struggled to remove the stickers, but eventually got them off.
The issue now, is that there are 2 huge sticky areas that will not come off both of these windows, it is obscuring my view when I drive. It has become a major hazard.
The writing as well, I have tried washing it off, but it will not come off.

I require some feedback as to what I'm supposed to do to get my windows back to the condition they were in when you received it.
